2. his daughter Lois Looker the same tract of land that I gave to my son Edmond singleton already been in her possession and agreed to take it for her portion or full part of my estate and another Fifteen pounds cash
3. his daughter Susanna Lancaster one feather bed one cow and two sheep and to her three youngest daughters, Sarah, Susannah and Elizabeth fifteen pounds to each
4. his daugher Joannah one cow and also five pounds cash
5. his daughter Mary Perry twenty pounds cash
6. remainder to his executors to divided and the money divided among his children: Manoah Singleton, Edmond singleton, Martha Proctor and Joannah Lancaster
appointed friend Richard C. Webb and son-in-laws Uriah Proctor and Richard Lancaster Executors ³⁶
